We are excited to announce the launch of the Health Improvement Coaches service which will form part of the new Wiltshire Health Improvement Hub!

What are Health Improvement Coaches?

Health Trainers are changing to become Health Improvement Coaches and they will have a greater focus on supporting mental wellbeing whilst still supporting clients to improve their health.

Do you want support to manage your stress? Do you want to stop smoking?

Are you struggling to lose weight? Has lockdown left you feeling anxious?

Do you lack motivation to exercise? Do you want help to manage your alcohol?

A dedicated Health Improvement Coach can assist clients every step of the way in achieving and maintaining their goals. This will be achieved by providing practical advice and support to change behaviours and improve health and mental wellbeing. They can also help signpost to other services and activities. This free service offers one -to-one support for people aged 18 +.

What is the Health Improvement Hub?

The Wiltshire Health Improvement Hub is our new single point of access for all referrals and questions relating to the Health Improvement Coaches, Healthy Me (child and family weight management service) and Healthy Us – a new group weight management programme which is coming soon!

Self-referrals and referrals from professionals can be made by phone, email or via our website.
